FSA Issues Crop Reporting Reminder

Farmers have another three months to report their planted acres to USDA’s Farm Service Agency, but Missouri’s FSA chief says they shouldn’t wait until the deadline. State Executive Director Joe Aull says reporting acres is perhaps the most important thing a farmer might need to submit to USDA each year.
Aull notes that county offices may call farmers over the next three months with a reminder, especially those who may have wrapped up planting far sooner than in previous years.
The crop reporting deadline to FSA is July 15th. State executive director Joe Aull reminds producers to visit their local USDA Service Center to complete the process.
