FSA Program Signups Extended Into The New Year

USDA’s Farm Service Agency has extended signup deadlines for a pair of programs providing assistance to livestock and dairy producers.  State Executive Director Joe Aull says they’re hoping for more producers in the state to take advantage of a disaster relief program geared toward livestock.

Aull notes that the deadline for the Dairy Margin Coverage program has been pushed back a month to January 31st.

Details on these programs, as well as the signup process, are available through your county’s USDA Service Center or the Farm Service Agency website.
