Major fire breaks out at western Minnesota farm implement dealership

MADISON, Minn. – More than a dozen fire departments worked Tuesday night to battle a large fire at a farm implement dealership in western Minnesota.

The Lac qui Parle County Emergency Manager’s Office says the fire broke out at about 7:45 p.m. at the John Deere dealer in Madison.

The fire was contained about three hours later, but crews remained on the scene overnight to keep an eye on it.

No injuries have been reported.
