Portions of southern Jefferson and northern Ste Genevieve counties returned to abnormally dry condition in this week’s US Drought Monitor.  Those relapses were the only changes in the monitor for this week, keeping 15.1 percent of Missouri in moderate drought.  The area in abnormal dryness crept up to 43.9 percent.
