Savannah Drives Off With Second Soy Innovation Challenge Title
The Savannah FFA Chapter is the winner of this year’s Soy Innovation Challenge, picking up the $10,000 prize for the second time in as many years. The challenge sponsored by Missouri Soybeans offers the state’s FFA chapters a chance to design an exhibit for the Center for Soy Innovation in Jefferson City. Chapter member Kaylea Farrell describes this year’s challenge.
Sam Jordan adds that developing a strong team, not just among chapter members, was key to Savannah repeating as champions.
Savannah FFA has won the Soy Innovation Challenge for both years that Missouri Soybeans has offered it. The chapter was recognized during last week’s state convention.
