Two Events Next Week In Jefferson City To Celebrate Soy Foods Month

Missouri Soybeans will bring the message about the nutritious value of their commodity to consumers next week with a pair of events in Jefferson City to mark National Soy Month.  Baylee Asbury is the group’s director of education and outreach.

Asbury says a pair of food trucks await visitors to the Center for Soy Innovation on April 12th.
